Shipping and Payment Policies

Hoping there aren't any bugs in the shopping cart. If you encounter any problems at all, please contact me before proceeding.

Shipping

Shipping is via USPS Priority and is easy to calculate. The first item ships for $6.00 and every item after that, add $1.00 to the total. If I see, however, that the shipping gets to be way beyond ridiculous on multiple orders, I will do a partial refund. I am not out to make money on your shipping.

Some of the smaller items can be shipped for less when only buying one piece, so I encourage you to feel free email for a shipping quote before paying if you would rather not receive a refund.

Due to doing shows most weekends, I only ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Payment Methods

I prefer payment via PayPal, but will also accept personal checks. All personal checks will be held 10 business days before your order is shipped out.

The entry will show as "MY P IS C" on your credit card statement.

All orders must be paid before shipping.

As per request, I have signed up with Moneybookers.com for all my European buyers. Just please be patient with me as I learn how to use this new payment resource.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are more than welcome. Let me know what you are looking for and I will send you a picture of the completed product for your approval.

Want to send it as a gift to a different address? No problem! Just let me know so I don't include an invoice in the package.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. I do NOT spam!

Customer Satisfaction

My goal is to provide you with a product that you will be proud to either display in your own home or give to someone else. Slab scenes are each made individually and no two will be exactly alike.
